How it works…

  • Attend a weekly class
  • Everyday, in-between classes you can practice at home
  • Practicing a particular kriya (yogic set of physical postures) or meditation every single day for 40 days can support you to change un-healthy life patterns and lay a strong foundation during times of turbulence and change
